How much does photo booth hire cost in Coventry?
If you’re pricing up a photo booth for a party, a work do or a charity night, you want a straight answer before you fill in any forms. So here it is, along with what actually changes the price and what to check when you’re comparing quotes.

These are our published starting prices. If you want both booths at the same event, that’s priced on request, and we’ll give you one combined figure.
What’s included in that price
Our starting price isn’t a bare booth with extras bolted on. It covers:
- Setup and pack-down, done outside your hire time. We arrive about 30 minutes early, so a three-hour booking is three hours of booth.
- An attendant with the 360 Booth all evening, sorting props and helping guests share their clips. For the Selfie Pod, an attendant is optional and free; just tell us if you’d like one.
- A props box.
- A custom overlay with your names, event, date and colours (or your company logo).
- Unlimited goes, as many visits as your guests fancy.
- Your gallery, with every photo or clip sent to you the next day.
- Travel within 30 miles of Coventry, which covers Leamington Spa, Rugby, Nuneaton and Hinckley with no travel charge.
What changes the price
1. Which booth you choose
The Selfie Pod is a standing booth that takes photos. The 360 Booth is a platform with a camera that circles round guests and makes a slow-motion clip. 2. Digital or prints
This is the biggest single difference on the Selfie Pod. Digital is standard: guests scan a QR code and the photo is on their phone. Adding unlimited 6×4 prints takes it from £200 to £375. Prints cost more because of the printer, the paper and the media, but they give guests something to take home on the night. The 360 Booth makes video, so it doesn’t print.
3. How long you book
The 360 Booth’s starting price covers three hours. For the Selfie Pod, tell us your timings and we’ll price it. Longer bookings are priced on request. If the party runs on, extra time is usually fine as long as we know on the night; it’s charged by the hour, and we’ll tell you the rate beforehand.
4. Add-ons
On the Selfie Pod, you can add a backdrop behind the pod or a guest book for the prints to go into. These are priced on request, so ask when you check your date and you’ll get one clear figure.
5. Where your venue is
Within 30 miles of Coventry, there’s no travel charge. Further afield is usually fine; just ask and we’ll tell you up front.
What doesn’t add to the price
It’s just as useful to know what you won’t be charged extra for. All of these are part of the starting price:
- Setup time. We arrive about 30 minutes before your guests and set up outside your hire time, so you’re not paying for us to unpack. Pack-down happens after your finish time, too.
- Number of goes. There’s no cap on visits, so a busy booth costs the same as a quiet one.
- The attendant. The 360 Booth always comes with an attendant for the whole evening. With the Selfie Pod, an attendant is optional and free; just tell us if you’d like one.
- Your design. The custom overlay with your names, date and colours, or your company logo, comes as standard.
- Venue checks. All we need is a standard plug socket within a few metres and a flat floor. Marquees are fine with solid flooring. We’re happy to check the space with your venue directly.
- A table for the printer. If you’ve added prints and the venue can’t provide a small surface beside the booth, we can bring one.
Is cheap photo booth hire worth it?
There’s nothing wrong with wanting the cheapest photo booth hire in Coventry; it’s a party, not a mortgage. But headline prices aren’t always like for like. When you compare quotes, check:
- Hours: is the price for two hours or three? Is setup counted inside your hire time?
- Prints: are prints included, an add-on, or not available?
- Attendant: is one included, optional, or not offered at all?
- Travel: is there a mileage charge to your venue?
- Gallery: do you get every photo afterwards, and how quickly?
- Paperwork: can they show public liability insurance and PAT certificates if your venue asks? We can.

How to get an accurate quote
The quickest way to a firm price is to send us four things:
- The date, and whether it’s flexible.
- The venue, so we can confirm travel and check the space.
- Your timings: when guests arrive, and when you’d like the booth running until.
- Which booth, or “not sure yet”, which is fine. Tell us roughly how many guests and what kind of event it is, and we’ll suggest one.
