We arrive 30 minutes early and set up while the room is still being dressed. Nothing happens in front of your guests.
The booth opens as people come in. It gives early arrivals somewhere to go while the room fills up.
Runs through dinner, awards or the presentation. Teams drift over between courses and the queue never builds.
We pack down after your finish time, not before it. The full gallery is with you within 48 hours.

Frequently asked questions on photo booth hiring.
Can we use the photos in our own marketing?
The full gallery comes to you and the images are yours to use. Worth putting a short consent line on your event signup so your guests know, since that is your responsibility rather than ours.
How much space does it actually need?
The pod needs about 2m x 2m including room to stand back. The 360 needs 3m x 3m and a bit of head height for the arm to swing. Tell us the room and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Is there a minimum hire?
Most parties book 3 hours, which covers arrivals through to the middle of the night. Shorter is possible, so send the timings over and we will price it.
What if the party runs on longer than planned?
Extra time is usually fine if we know on the night. It is charged by the hour and we will tell you the rate before so you can decide.
Do you need a table for the printer?
A small surface beside the booth is ideal. We can bring one if the venue cannot provide it, so it is not something you need to arrange. Just let us know!
